We are proud to announce that as of 1 July 2025, Interhouse property management will take over the property management activities of Renthouse property management. Renthouse, a renowned property manager based in Amstelveen & Amsterdam, has been a trusted name in the region since 1968\u2014perhaps even the original name in the industry. After decades of dedication and high-quality service, Renthouse has made the decision to conclude its property management operations. In ensuring the continuity of property management, they sought a partner who shares their vision on quality, client care and commitment. That choice fell on us.<\/p>\n
Interhouse and Renthouse know each other well. For over 15 years, the two organisations have enjoyed a pleasant and constructive collaboration. There is a strong overlap in how both companies operate: short lines of communication, personal service and a high standard of delivery. The trust was mutual, and the transition regarding the property management activities was agreed upon quickly and with great care.<\/p>\n
