Very bad experience with them! If you rent from them and have a problem with your house, they try to make you solve it yourself. For example, if there is a leak in the toilet from the upper sewage pipe, they want you to go to the neighbors to solve it with them.<\/p>\n
When leaving the house, they steal your deposit by thoroughly inspecting the house. If a light bulb is not working, they charge 5 euros plus 30 euros for labor.<\/p>\n
Even for the final inspection and handing in the keys, they charge 2 hours of the rate for 2 people, all just to avoid paying back your deposit and not giving you the chance to return the house as they want.<\/p>\n
In short, do not do business with them. I’d rather sleep on the street than rent through them!<\/p>\n
They are scammers!<\/p>\n
