The first few months, the communication was all good, but as soon as the first issue appeared (the tenant they selected didn\u2019t pay the rent), they just didn\u2019t take any action. They didn\u2019t even communicate about this to me. With the next tenant, the story repeated. They took no action, no ownership, nothing. And worst if all was the non-communication. They just deducted their high service fee, without trying to solve the issue at hand.<br \/>\n The only positive I can think of is the maintenance guy Barend.
