I have had excellent experience with the Interhouse Real Estate Agency in Eindhoven and its owner and real estate specialist, Bianca Papen, since mid 2024, when I started working with this firm. Hence, I’m rating it 5 out of 5, reflecting overall outstanding service. I am the owner of an apartment in Geldrop, located in a quiet area called De Beekweide, very close to the train station. I approached Bianca in My 2024. I wanted to rent out my apartment within 4-5 weeks, as new laws disallowing fixed (short)term contracts would become effective from July 1, 2024 onwards. Not only did Bianca manage to find a suitable tenant for me in a matter of weeks (and before the critical July 1 due date) , she also delivered excellent service throughout the first 18 months of the contract. She is very professional, has an excellent network, and is a pleasure to work with.
