Be cautious if you are an expat tenant. This is the worst level of professionalism I’ve ever seen and all they want is to collect some easy fee and walk away, they will not help you when you have any issue and they “smartly” clear themselves from all responsibilities in the contract, don’t see the value they create in any sense. If they think taking advantage of expats is the right way of doing business, good luck with that.
