Do not even think about entering into an agreement with this company.
If you have an issue with the property they will refuse to help and just blame you, even if kids are involved. Their “property management” service involves in doing nothing and arguing over emails. They will take advantage of expats and laugh at you.. if you are reading this and already have an agreement with them, do not give them back the keys until they pay you what is due.
