Reviews Interhouse Haarlem

This is a review post moving in:

But for other readers, this may still help

After finding the ad on funda, it was relatively straightforward arranging a viewing a few days after being responded to over phone – the prep and viewing were friendly and all good.

After confirming our interest/an oral bid essentially they activated a process that took roughly 2-3 weeks before having confirmed that we would actually be able to move in. The process was quite rigid, as far as documentation went – passport checking, a very specific work contract, and various other documents. In the end fair enough, but we were still told there were other candidates so this felt a little risky.

In the end it all came together, I felt they were following protocol – but believe this process could have more detailed communication to customers (for example if they will or will not be guaranteed the place with the appropriate documentation).

On check-in day we were impressed with Sabina who was very nice and did due inspection of the house and was very helpful. So a thanks again for this!
