Useless and deceitful. Stay away, especially if you are an expat. We had no joy from Interhouse, whatsoever. Requested a spare key from them, and waited for almost 18 months, before moving out. Never received a key and my husband had to rely on the neighbours to buzz him open if I wasn’t home. Furthermore, there was a leak and black mould started growing on the kitchen wall – moved out before it got fixed. Communicating with Interhouse is terrible. We lived in the apartment for 2.5 years and months ahead of moving out, I requested the details of the paint that was used, as I wanted to cover the spots where I hung art and mirrors. When they finally came back to me, they ended up giving us the incorrect details…..and then kept €2000 of our deposit to “fix” it. Reading some of the reviews, I now realise that this is an old trick of Interhouse to extract money from expats, and that it was probably done on purpose. Like the others, I will report Interhouse to the authorities!
