I had rented my house via them for couple of years. Everything was good. Later the person running sassenheim branch left and I had to deal with a new manager (he is the key decision maker or perhaps seeing the overall all interhouse). He refused to rent my house. I asked him reason or I wrote him I am open to discussion and willing to accommodate their T&Cs but they must tell me. He refused to open up and wrote it is final no without giving any explanation. I tried few years later again and local branch agreed but the same person (I do not want to name someone in public for the sake of dignity) refused to rent again despite agreeing to their conditions. Everything is in writing. This decision making person is extremely rude or arrogant and I felt discriminated (in my opinion) though I may not be correct and I do not want to be judgemental. In business, if someone is behaving, polite and sticking to the contract, he should not be denied services. I always paid on time and agreed to their terms of services charges. It is still a mystery for me! Anyway, there were others who rented my house with better services and I paid them more as rents went up and property was premium so it is their loss but I want to share my experience and every communication is in writing! I took years of thinking first before writing this feedback to make sure that I do not write anything out of emotions.
