We are former expats and engaged Interhouse to find and screen tenants for our apartment in Amsterdam. From the start, we were impressed with Lars and his team, who were always helpful, responsive and efficient in their communication (straight to the point, and so different to other, sleazy agents we encountered).
Lars helped us navigate the complicated rental system in the Netherlands and identify the best structure for our circumstance. He always found good-quality tenants for a good price and with no gaps in between tenants. I also feel like they’ve gone above and beyond in terms of answering our questions and providing advice.
