We had outsourced the rent of our house to Interhouse Haarlem, since we moved abroad. The first few months, the communication was all good, but as soon as the first issue appeared (the tenant they selected didn’t pay the rent), they just didn’t take any action. They didn’t even communicate about this to me. With the next tenant, the story repeated. They took no action, no ownership, nothing. And worst if all was the non-communication. They just deducted their high service fee, without trying to solve the issue at hand.
The only positive I can think of is the maintenance guy Barend. He was always super good, fast and practical when something had to be fixed in the house.
In short – find another party of you want to outsource the rental of your house.
