As expats we found a rental property through an online service called Funda, Interhouse were acting on behalf of the landlord at the time we concluded the rental agreement. We rented the property for one year. Interhouse were friendly and eager to help when we were supposed to pay deposits and rental upfront at the commencement however, one year later they refused to assist us when the landlord was unreasonably withholding our deposit. Expats be ware.
