Evan Swaak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Denver (US) and later completed a Master’s degree in Geoscience at Utrecht University. After switching careers, he started working as an asset manager for a number of rental housing complexes, including Marius. By focusing on sustainability and inclusivity, he aims to maximise both the potential of his property portfolio and tenant satisfaction.
