In een huizenmarkt vol cowboys en oplichters zijn deze jongens een zonnestraal. Ik huur al jaren in Nederland en was tot de conclusie gekomen dat alle verhuurders en makelaars hagedismensen waren, toen kwam Interhouse Utrecht in mijn leven. Het zijn echt enkele van de meest lieve mensen die ik heb ontmoet; vriendelijk, grappig en ongelooflijk professioneel. 10/10 aanbevelen. Heel erg bedankt jongens.

Our experience with Interhouse Rental Agents Utrecht is very positive! After a phone call where I was really listened to, they quickly scheduled a viewing. This could be done online because we lived abroad. After a quick selection procedure, we were informed by telephone and all administrative matters were arranged online. Prompt communication, always-positive attitudes, and a genuine desire to help were all consistently on display during our time renting a property under their care. Additionally, as an owner of rental properties myself, I very much admired the team's ability to provide prompt solutions to anything that came up. If you're a renter, you won't find anyone who cares about your comfort more than Interhouse. If you're an owner, you couldn't possibly find better hands to leave your property in.

We hebben 5 jaar lang ons appartement verhuurd via Interhouse Utrecht. Over het algemeen tevreden. Echter, toen ons appartement gehuurd werd door een bedrijf dat meerdere panden via Interhouse huurde, merkten we dat onze belangen als verhuurder in het geding kwamen. Wij merkten dat bij de maandelijkse huurbetalingen (die niet altijd tijdig plaatsvonden) Interhouse hier niet strikt op reageerde richting huurder. Ook op het moment dat onze laatste huur werd opgezegd en wij besloten te gaan verkopen, ontbrak het aan klantgerichtheid vanuit Interhouse. De eindinspectie werd "afgeraffeld", gebreken werden ofwel over het hoofd gezien (lekkende afvoer in keuken) of goedgepraat (gaten in de vloer agv scherpe stoelpoten werd door Interhouse aangemerkt als "normale gebruikssporen"). We hebben moeite moeten doen om de overduidelijke gebreken te laten herstellen. En dan nog bleven we uiteindelijk met gebreken zitten die uiteindelijk nooit zijn opgelost en waarvoor nooit schade is vergoed.
Ik ben erg tevreden over de service van Interhouse in Utrecht. Vincent en zijn team zijn professioneel, servicegericht en denken met je mee. Ze ontzorgen je (beheer afhankelijk van welk pakket je kiest) dat mag wat mij betreft ook wat kosten.
Ze geven hun eerlijke mening (zelfs bijv dat je niet per se hoeft te verbouwen/vernieuwen terwijl je dat zelf wel overweegt).
