Very bad experience with them! If you rent from them and have a problem with your house, they try to make you solve it yourself. For example, if there is a leak in the toilet from the upper sewage pipe, they want you to go to the neighbors to solve it with them.
When leaving the house, they steal your deposit by thoroughly inspecting the house. If a light bulb is not working, they charge 5 euros plus 30 euros for labor.
Even for the final inspection and handing in the keys, they charge 2 hours of the rate for 2 people, all just to avoid paying back your deposit and not giving you the chance to return the house as they want.
In short, do not do business with them. I’d rather sleep on the street than rent through them!
They are scammers!
And very EXPENSIVE!
