If you are an expat please note the following, upon receiving your unit take pictures of everything, and I mean everything, take your time and do not rely on the inspection report.
At the end of the day if the landlord accuses you with anything do not expect this agency will investigate or ask for any proof, you will receive always an email starting with (as mentioned in the last email,,,,,)
So in short words what they send you is conclusive and what you have to say is irrelevant,
They failed to ask for any validation from the landlord and failed to even to convey if the landlord requests have any legal basis.
