I recently moved into a beautiful flat in The Hague through Interhouse. What I really appreciate is their professionalism, quick communication and clarity about their working methods. When signing the tenancy agreement, everything was explained clearly from A to Z. Very friendly staff. Minor defects were recorded and quickly remedied.
What Interhouse does very well is that they offer a digital safe (GDPR!) where you can upload your personal data, instead of sending it to the landlord’s email address and hoping that your data doesn’t end up on the street. This way of working gave me a reliable and professional impression of Interhouse’s services.
After searching extensively for an apartment in The Hague and the surrounding area, I can say that Interhouse is an example and should be the standard for the many (dishonest) letting agents in our country that I have come into contact with.
