Very bad experience as renter. We gave the appartement back very clean except that it had a very small black stain on the floor. It could have been easily removed by replacing the only wooden part that was affected. Instead, they made us believe that it was ireplacable and even if it was, the replacing floor would have been of a different color. They made us pay 750 euros for that.
Overall, they talked to me like I wasn’t a customer (with strong words and strong voice) several times.
I am not recommending this agency to rent a place, definitely not.
