A great letting agent where everyone gets a chance! Communication was super smooth and very clear. In the end, we didn’t go for a property from Interhouse, but we would definitely consider them in the future. The process is clear and they respond quickly to questions and emails. If you respond quickly, you will be invited for a viewing immediately (we had three viewings in two days!). After that, it’s just a matter of gathering documents, sending them in, and waiting to see who is chosen. The choice is made by the landlord themselves; Interhouse only presents the candidates to the landlord.
