When I rented the house, they helped me a lot, especially Pim… However, when I left the flat, they completely ignored my requests. Six months later, the owner still hasn’t returned my deposit, and they won’t help me. They just tell me they’ll let the owner know. I think they’re taking advantage of the fact that I’m an expat because a Dutch person would have reported them by now.
On the other hand, I have a feeling that they will charge me a lot of money for increased energy costs. I have already read about this in other comments.
