Finding a suitable home in the Nethelands isn’t easy, especially if you’re new to the country or have little time to seach properly. Interhouse would love to help.
We listen to your wishes, discuss the budget and will search within and outside of our network. We’ll guide you every step of the way: from viewings to negotiations, the tenancy agreement and the transfer.
With over 25 years of experience and offices in most of the Netherlands, we know both the local market and regulations through and through. It’s why we often have early access to new listings and know exactly how to present your profile to landlords and fellow agents.
Our rental service is meant for expats, multinationals and other clients with a fitting proile and budgets in the higher price segment. We’ll ensure a custom apporach and help you or your employee find the right home soon.
Method and costs
After an introduction, we’ll assess your profile, wishes and budget. If we agree to work together, we’ll charge you a deposit of € 475,00 ex. VAT.
In case of a succesful rental, we charge a mediation fee of one months’ rent ex. VAT, from which your deposit will be deducted.

You usually pay a one-time commission fee upon successful letting. With us, this is a fixed percentage of the rental amount. Would you also like the property to be managed by us during the rental period? Then our services can be adjusted accordingly. View our packages and rates to see what best fits your situation.

When a buyer is interested in a property in our listings, he or she completes a personal contact form on the website or phones the relevant estate agent directly. An appointment is subsequently made to view the property. The estate agent will await the buyer either just outside or inside the property. Once inside, the agent will show the prospective buyer each room in turn and mention any specific characteristics. During this appointment, there is every opportunity to ask the agent questions. It may be that the agent will also obtain information from the potential buyer, such as how soon he or she wishes to move or what appeals about the property. Depending on the size of the property, a viewing will usually take between 15 and 30 minutes.
