I am very satisfied with the service provided by Interhouse in Utrecht. Vincent and his team are professional, service-oriented and think along with you. They take care of everything for you (depending on which package you choose), which, in my opinion, is worth the cost. They give their honest opinion (even if it means you don’t necessarily have to renovate/refurbish, even though you are considering it yourself). I hope to continue the pleasant collaboration with Interhouse!

-quality tenants (thanks to the checks and network, you know that they are good tenants. So there is much less chance of ‘hassle’
-transfer of GWE contracts from and to tenants when they change
– good network with stakeholders
– reach (Interhouse is located in several locations)
-awareness among the target group online
Tip
-perhaps the price, but I personally have no problem with that, because I think it’s worth it. The price is comparable to that of other well-known letting agents.
-The end/beginning of the month can be busy at Interhouse due to check-ins/check-outs. Keep that in mind.
