Unfortunately, my experience with this rental and property management was very disappointing.
During my tenancy, I repeatedly reported issues with the ventilation system and warned about the risk of mold. Repairs were delayed for weeks despite multiple follow-ups. At the end of the tenancy, mold issues were initially blamed on me, even though they had been reported earlier and discussed during the pre-checkout.
A major issue throughout the process was the lack of a proper follow-up or tracking system. I had to repeat the same explanations multiple times to different people, and earlier correspondence was not properly reviewed until I forwarded it again myself. This caused unnecessary stress and long email exchanges.
The deposit return process was also poorly handled. it was transferred twice by mistake, requiring yet another correction and communication.
Although the situation was eventually resolved, it took far more time and effort than should be expected from a professional property management company. I strongly advise future tenants to document everything carefully and be prepared for a difficult checkout and follow-up process.
