Is it mandatory to have an energy label?

For most homes, an energy label is mandatory when both selling and letting. This doesn’t apply to monuments.

Doesn’t your property have an energy label? Then you risk getting fined. The ILT* checks for valid energy labels, such as through commercial advertisements for properties being sold or rented out.
