The Bremerberg, a special bungalow park located in a tree-covered area! In Biddinghuizen, close to the Veluwemeer, is a newly furnished bungalow with a spacious garden and 2 bedrooms. At the park there is sufficient parking space around and near the bungalows. The first thing to notice is the silence and the natural environment. The Veluwsemeer is just a few hundred meters walk from the Bremerberg, large grazers and deer can be spotted daily.

Entrance through the gate, walking through the spacious and fenced garden with shed and terrace to the bungalow. Entrance with access to the living room. The spacious and bright living room is divided into a sitting area, dining area with dining table and the open kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 4-burner gas stove, small oven and a refrigerator.
Spacious master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with a loft bed. Through the kitchen access to the bathroom which is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Facilities at the park:
The park has a lovely heated outdoor swimming pool (not open all year), a large lawn and plenty of sun loungers. For the little ones there is a separate bath, which is a few degrees warmer. Further down the park you will find a soccer field, tennis court and playground. At the reception there is also a laundry (payment via euro-coin system), library and TV room.

General information:
- The bungalow is delivered fully furnished.
- The bungalow can be rented from 1st of May 2022, the rental period is in consultation. (maximum of 6 months)
- The rental price is including € 100,- service costs (including cable / internet, Netflix, cleaning twice per month, lawn mowing 1x per 2 weeks)
- The rental price is including € 200,- advance gas, water and electricity.
- Registering with the municipality is NOT possible, mail can be delivered to the address.
- Pets and smoking are not allowed.
