Method and cost
In order to determine if your search query can be accepted, we ask you to fill our this form and both read and accept the terms and conditions. Based on information such as your profile, your requirements and your budget, your query will be assessed. If the search query is accepted, you will be charged a deposit of € 475,00 excluding VAT. In case of success, a mediation fee is owed of 1 months’ rent excluding 21% VAT. Your deposit will be deducted from this amount.
