Vincent Cools has been a franchisee for Interhouse in Utrecht since 2015. After various studies abroad and a great career in the car industry, Vincent was given the opportunity to start his own letting agents office in Utrecht, a challenge that he has seized with both hands! Thanks to his experience, he and his team can easily relate to international customers and serve them optimally by finding a ‘home away from home’. The office has experienced growth year on year and now has a large number of regular customers who are completely unburdened with regard to the letting and property management of their real estate portfolio.
