I have had excellent experience with the Interhouse Real Estate Agency in Eindhoven and its owner and real estate specialist, Bianca Papen, since mid 2024, when I started working with this firm. Hence, I'm rating it 5 out of 5, reflecting overall outstanding service. I am the owner of an apartment in Geldrop, located in a quiet area called De Beekweide, very close to the train station. I approached Bianca in My 2024. I wanted to rent out my apartment within 4-5 weeks, as new laws disallowing fixed (short)term contracts would become effective from July 1, 2024 onwards. Not only did Bianca manage to find a suitable tenant for me in a matter of weeks (and before the critical July 1 due date) , she also delivered excellent service throughout the first 18 months of the contract. She is very professional, has an excellent network, and is a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend Interhouse Eindhoven, and in doing so, Bianca Papen"s services if you're planning to rent out your property.

The first viewing with Sarinah went smoothly; she was professional and had a pleasant personality. This was followed by the exchange of information, the assessment process and the final contract. Everything went quickly and efficiently, and she was willing to answer all my questions. The handover of the property was done carefully (via Judith) and the owner devoted a lot of attention and time to ensuring it was in good condition. As a result, I immediately felt at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend Interhouse to anyone looking for a temporary rental property.

We rented an apartment from interhouse for 2.5 years. The communications were friendly and clear. We had a very good experience with them during the check-out. In which everything was checked and mentioned to us in the pre-checkout so there were no surprises. Also, after our departure a blocked pipe was reported by the next tenant. Interhouse took our side of the discussion into account (the infrastructure of the pipes needed to be changed as the pipes were unblocked a few times during our stay) and decided to fix the issue through the landlord for good. This will hopefully prevent the new tenants to have any future issues with the pipes. And our deposit was fully returned on time.
